At Gentle Care Solutions, we understand that everyone’s daily routines and personal care needs are different. Our Assist Personal Activities services are designed to support you with day-to-day tasks, while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

We provide personalised assistance tailored to your unique needs, helping you manage your daily life with confidence and ease.

Our support services include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming

• Toileting, continence care, bladder and bowel management, and menstrual care

• Overnight support and supervision

• Assistance with mobility and transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or on and off the toilet

• Support with attending medical, allied health, employment, education, social, and recreational appointments

• Assistance with attending events, community activities, and social outings

• Support with daily planning and organising your schedule

• Assistance with grocery shopping and errands

• Help with attending appointments and transport coordination

• Assistance with household tasks like cleaning, gardening, laundry, and general tidying

• Support with eating, drinking, and meal preparation

• Assistance with using aids and equipment for communication, hearing, or vision

• Medication management, including assistance with splints, dressings, and other medical needs
